  • What types of wall plates do you offer?
    We offer light and plug wall plates designed for hospitality, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our plates are printed using a durable Digital UV Ink process.
  • Can you print custom designs on wall plates?
    Yes, we can print any CMYK color on any wall plate. We offer standard quick print designs, the ability to design your own plates, and fully customized plates with custom designs, color matching, and specialty plates.
  • What brands of wall plates do you use?
    For standard plates, we use Legrand TradeMasters standard size plates. We can also use plates from Lutron, Bryant, Eaton, and many other manufacturers.
  • Is it possible to have each plate with a different print?
    Absolutely! We can customize each plate for a single digital setup fee of $25.00.
  • How long does it take to fulfill an order?
    The processing time for an order typically depends on the complexity of the customization and the current order volume. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, for rush orders or orders with extensive customization, the processing time may vary. Customers can track the status of their orders through their account dashboard. Orders up to 150 plates: 1-3 days to fulfill and then ship. Orders of 151-500 plates: 5-10 days to process. Orders over 500 plates: Minimum of 2 weeks production time.
  • What is the process for placing an order?
    Upon placing an order, we will create your first plate, send you an image proof, and a document confirming your order. Once you approve the proof, we will begin your order. You can choose to bypass the proof process during checkout if you wish.
  • Do you offer rush orders?
    Yes, if you are in a major time crunch, you can make it a rush order by adding a rush charge of 10% of the total cost of your order or $25 minimum, whichever is greater.
  • Can I see a proof before my order is processed?
    Yes, we will send you an image proof and a document confirming your order. You can choose to approve the proof or bypass the proof process during checkout.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover) for online orders. For ACH, call us to quote your order and setup ACH billing.
  • What is your return policy?
    At Print My Plates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your personalized wall plate covers, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We believe in building trust with our customers and ensuring that you can shop with peace of mind. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. ​ Refund Policy for Custom Items Custom orders are non-refundable. Upon placing a custom order, you will receive a proof that includes images of your actual product setup along with a copy of your order. Production will only begin once you have approved the proof. Please note that any changes to the order after approval may incur additional fees. We are committed to ensuring the accuracy of your order and your satisfaction.   • How do I create an account on Print My Plates website?

From there, they can select the past order they wish to re-order and proceed with the re-order process.
